is committed to Wanaka and the Upper Clutha Area, so you can have peace of mind that Shaun is not a fly-by-night builder.

He is innovative in his approach to old and new technology from around the world, and used to the requirments needed for the harsh but beautiful local climate - from the hot dry summers to the sub zero temperatures in the winters of the alpine areas.

Shaun is always researching energy efficiency and how to improve our alpine buildings. He has also studied the old and modern swiss construction techniques in the Swiss Alps .

The Master’s programme in Arquitectura del Paisaje seeks to train graduates in the issues and tools involved in the design and planning of the landscape. It deals with the influence exerted by the new environmental disciplines on regional planning and incorporates the issue of the environment into the design and planning of the landscape.

Since 1992 Marisol has been involved in residential, commercial and educational architectural projects.
